Darren Bugeja
In 2004, he attained an honours degree in Accountancy from the University of Malta. Following graduation, he embarked on his professional journey, accumulating vast expertise in professional services, predominantly in audit, over the ensuing years.
During the initial 15-year period of his career, Darren acquired technical acumen and practical insights from two mid-tier audit firms. Leveraging his technical proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, Darren advanced to the role of engagement principal, actively participating in various audits, including those of public interest entities.
In 2020, together with Donatella Bugeja Schembri, he ventured into establishing his own practice. Continuously updating his technical skills and undergoing training, Darren is dedicated to provide excellent service to clients. Darren is recognized as a fellow member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and holds a warrant.

Donatella Bugeja Schembri
Graduated in Accountancy (Hons) from the University of Malta in 2011, Donatella is a fellow member of the Malta Institute of Accountants and a warrant holder. Her experience started in 2007, when she joined a mid-tier firm. She gained significant experience in auditing of entities from various sectors and had the opportunity to be involved in accountancy and advisory engagements. She audited both public and private sector entities including co-operatives, foundations, local councils, corporations, clubs, voluntary organisations, trusts, manufacturing, retail, hotels, shipping, construction, property development, aviation, hospitality, agriculture, investment funds, and gaming.
